Riklean has been here for you here in, Perth Western Australia, for quite some time. Since 1996.

We have retained our best staff for you, some have been with us for almost 10 years!

We have never lost the personal, one-on-one approach to dealing with anything, dare I say it, human error related. Yes, we all make mistakes! Even Riklean staff! So sometimes, we have to eat crow, toughen up, learn from our mistakes, and move on.

When it comes to dealing with anything that’s not quite right with our service, you will never get a  chat bot on line, a million unrelated FAQ’s, a merry-go-round message system that goes to nowhere and back or an on hold message with elevator music not to mention a tedious advertisement driving you bonkers while you wait for someone to pick up.

Remember the good old days when you just left a message and the person you wanted to speak to calls you back? Wonderful! Simple! Human!

Yes, we are human, so unless we’re sleeping, with family, driving or on the loo, we will pick up the phone. Nice! Or, we will get right back to you a.s.a.p! Just leave a voice message, send a text, or write us a letter (email) we love getting letters! Call me old fashioned …
